Job Description

Manpower is currently seeking reliable and professional Guest Services Maintenance Reps for a full-time opportunity for a Ponte Vedra. You must have the ability to work days/nights, weekends and holidays (shifts will be known a week in advance.) Must have the availability to work as early 6am up to as late as 10pm

$15 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage reports and scheduling of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance

* Serves guests by creating and analyzing work orders; investigating guest complaints and asking questions to properly identify the problem; schedule the appropriate type of technician for the service call and follow up until guest is fully satisfied.

* Create service orders by tracking all service orders initiated by phone or email from customers in a timely manner

* Continual follow up with guests. Prior to dispatch to advise guest of expected time, date and duration of service, while keeping guest abreast on the progress of the service. Post completion to ensure service was performed to guest satisfaction.

* Complete service orders to ensure that material and time is accurate to be billed, and closing the ticket so it can move to the billing department with the proper detailed note

* Prepare service orders by studying all other documents by looking at inventory sheet, preferred vendor list and lock box info.

* Update service orders with tech time, equipment and materials used, notes from customers, internal notes, and tech notes.

* Document service orders by completing forms, reports, logs and records
