Job Description

We have open positions for our client in Albany, OR which is a Fortune 300 company! This is to start on July 8th and we're interviewing up until June 28th.

Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience. Training will be provided! J

Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 6 months previous customer service experience

Ability to type 25 words per minute

Other Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment

Experience moving between multiple screens while entering data

Bilingual a plus

Training Schedule:

Week 1 : Mon. 7/8 - Fri. 7/12 10:00A - 7:00P PST Sat/Sun off

Week 2: Mon. 7/15 - Fri. 7/19 10:00A - 7:00P PST Sat/Sun off

Week 3: Mon. 7/22 - Fri. 7/26 10:00A - 7:00P PST Sat/Sun off

Week 4: Mon. 7/29 - Fri. 8/2 10:00A - 7:00P PST Sat/Sun off (Last week of training)

Regular Schedule:

Our hours of operation are from 6:00am-9:00pm 7 days per week - Most new hires are required to work the closing shifts (12:00pm-9:00pm) and one, or both of the weekends shifts after a month of training

Pay Range:

$11.00 - $12.50, Call center experience, bilingual in Spanish, and customer service experience are all things that could increase the pay.
