    Job Description Summary
    The Procurement Project Coordinator ("PPC") as part of the Global Procurement Portfolio Management Office (GP PMO) is responsible for supporting the proper execution of Projects as necessary, including: tracking and reporting against defined schedules and budgets, issue/risk identification and mitigation, resource analysis, project prioritization, and related GP PMO activities.     Manpower is looking for an energetic individual to assume responsibility for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of a payroll & benefits department and other duties to accurately fulfill our accounting functions in a timely and professional manner.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    - Provides oversight for payroll and timekeeping processes.
    - Light bookkeeping
    - Administers and supervises Worker's Compensation and Unemployment claims processes.
    - Oversees various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, medical and dental plans.
    - Acts as a liaison between payroll dept and other offices in our region.
    - Overall human resources duties
    - Interfaces data between internal and external timekeeping systems.
    - Directs payroll team on all the issues and processes related to payroll processing and addresses performance issues when necessary.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

    Previous Work Experience

    Proven track record of leading and managing a team
    Ability to set and manage directives and priorities, and identify process issues.
    Must be detail oriented and disciplined with excellent problem solving skills.
