They will then help to make the necessary changes for a more secure network and may also create training programs and modules to educate employees and users on proper security protocols. Furthermore, this position is responsible for keeping the company's security systems up to date and creating documentation and planning for all security-related information, including incident response and disaster recovery plans. You will also respond to vendor security questionnaires, performs monitoring and maintenance of the security infrastructure and components, participates in project planning and deployment of new technologies and will be responsible for remediation of identified compliance and risk gaps. He/she works independently, operating under the defined guidelines established by the Director of Information Technology and Security.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Monitoring security access
    * Conducting internal and external security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis and remediate gaps
    * Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
    * Create policies and procedures
    * Continuously updating the company's incident response and disaster recovery plans
    * Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements
    * Install security measures and operate software
    * Upgrade systems to enable security software
    * Install and upgrade antivirus software
    * Test and evaluate new technology
    * Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT security requirements
    * Gather feedback from end users to continue to improve systems
    * Design, analyze and implement efficient IT security systems
    * Prepares compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
    * Logfile review and analysis
    * Conduct research to keep abreast of latest security issues
    * Ensures that system documentation is accurate and updated as needed

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred - Professional certifications are an advantage see below
    * 3-5 years related work experience in information security
    * Proficient with Windows and/or Linux
    * Experienced with penetration testing and techniques
    * Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities
    * Understand patch management
    * Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus and IDPS concepts
    * Experienced in installing security software and documenting security issues
    * Strong technical skills in anti-virus, NGFW, DLP, and PKI
    * Strong experience with the TrendMicro suite of products
    * Solid understanding of networking concepts and system administration
    * Experience with Nessus, RSA envision, Splunk, RedHat Linux, and/or database security is a plus
    * Knowledge of data compliance, ITAR, and privacy standards and regulations
    * Knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc)

    Manpower is currently seeking a Senior Technical Integration Lead to fulfill a contract position with a major pipeline client in Calgary, AB.

    Specific Accountabilities:

    * Responsible for coordinating and leading the application integration work for the boundary systems being integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo On Prem
    * Boundary System - Any system that will need to be integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo, such as Oil Accounting, OpenLink, Workday, etc.
    * Establish a Technical QA process for the boundary system portion of the integrations
    * Coordinate the technical delivery of the boundary system portion of the integrations
    * Ensure the boundary system environments for SIT are in place.
    * Provide the Integration team with a central point of contact for the technical aspects of the integration to the boundary systems.
    * Track, manage and escalate technical issues and risks around the boundary systems and the boundary system integration component to the Integration Team and the Integration PM.
    * Work with the Dev Ops lead and boundary system owners to ensure there is alignment on the system code migration/deployment/release approach.

    Required Education and Experience:
    * 8+ years' experience in a related role
    * Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo
    * Experience developing plans and driving work associated with application integration
