    The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and
    scanning tasks of important client documents.
    Primary Functions:
    Responsible for all document preparation and indexing, including but not limited to sorting

    Prepare product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete.
    Maintain and ensure optimal performance of scanning hardware and software and trouble

    Comply with daily maintenance and safety checks of all equipment.
    Utilize pallet jacks and carts as necessary.
    Secondary Functions:

    * Mandat pour une période de 21 mois auprès d'une des plus grande compagnie informatique mondiale
    * Emploi 40h par semaine
    * Horaire variable sur une base 24h/24 7 jours/7jours ( nouvel horaire au 6 semaines)
    * Télétravail pour la période de la pandémie, emploi au centre-ville facile d'accès par métro.

    En quoi consiste le poste?
    * Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques des utilisateurs en entreprise (mot de passe, connexion, internet, cellulaire, réseaux, imprimantes, etc…)
    * Investiguer la problématique en suivant les procédures établies,
    * Documenter les étapes de résolution à l'aide de l'outil de 'ticket'
    * Résoudre la problématique informatique de l'utilisateur

    Quels sont les atouts que vous apportez à ce poste?
    * Expérience ou étude en support technique
    * Bilinguisme francais et anglais (support offert à travers le Canada)
    * Bonnes connaissances en informatique ( VPN, internet, Windows, imprimante, téléphonie IP)
    * Aisance à travailler sur des horaires en rotation

    Manpower is currently seeking an IT Technical Support professional to work for our client in Ann Arbor. This is a full-time, potential temp-to-hire position working shifts between 6am-7pm. This position also requires on-call work twice every six months. Pay rate is depending on experience. Job duties include taking inbound calls from customers in need of assistance regarding troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Other duties include handling ticked issues using the help desk tracking system. Those interested must have experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software. IT and technical support certifications and education is a major plus!
