    Duties and responsibilities of this position are:
    * Follow Fab/Mach Manager's and Manager's Assistant request.
    * Work with and communicate with Manager support as needed.
    * Maintain and update Programming tracking log.
    * Create material drawings and send for RFQ's as requested.
    * Request Fab/Mach Manager or Manager's Assistant to review created material drawings.
    * Create programs for various machines as requested.
    * Double check created programs before releasing to machines.
    * Support Fabrication and Machining on part standards and quality concerns.
    * Communicate and work with all Fabrication and Machining associates as needed.
    * Follow in-house parts list for scheduling targets on material drawings and programming.
    * When a part concern arises communicate with Fab/Mach Manager and Design department for alternative directions. Have your direct Manager's approval before implementing.
    * Consult with Fab/Mach Manager and Machinist before creating program for best set up scenario.
    * Double check material RFQ's before releasing to Manager for ordering.
    * Work with Fabrication team when material arrives. Especially if there are any missing or back ordered parts.
    * Work with Fab/Mach. Manager to prepare project packets to release to fabrication and machining.

    Manpower is currently recruiting for work from home Support Desk Engineers I, for our Client in Uptown Saint John. These positions start early February 2021 and will last for three months, with possible extensions and permanency. These positions are shift work, primarily Monday to Friday with various start times between 10am to 3pm, and the occasional weekend work.     The Support Desk Engineer I provides the first line defense for clients. They are responsible for actively listening to and engaging with clients, troubleshooting, and managing Tier 1 client incidents in a Support Desk environment. Every Engineer is measured on completed tickets, resolution met, CSAT (customer satisfaction) and ticket utilization set forth by their direct manager. You will be introduced to more advanced analytics including backup remediation, root cause analysis for infrastructure related
    outages, deploying patches and remediating alerts related to patches and more.

    Required Skills/Competencies for the Support Desk Engineer I:

    * Must have experience utilizing remote control software to troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues
    * Minimum 2 years experience in a Windows or Mac desktop support environment
    * Understanding of network infrastructure environment (i.e. LAN/WAN)
    * Degree in computer science, management information systems or similar preferred
    * Experienced in deploying OS installation via scripted, unattended methods, Ghost, Sysprep, and other imaging methods
