    * Providing support for the business systems used within the organization
    * Keeping up with new features and technologies in ERP that could benefit the company
    * Providing computer-based reporting solutions using SSRS, PowerBI, and the MS Power Platform
    * Assisting IT customers in testing and analyzing problems with software developed in house
    * Assisting in developing strategic directions and budgets for service contracts and new equipment
    * Administer and support databases, data structures, storage, and user access to computer solutions

    Requirements:



    * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    * 2-4 years of experience in IT
    * Working knowledge of current and legacy Windows operating systems
    * Understanding of a client/server environment
    * Proficient in database design principles, data structures, query development and tuning PowerBI and MS Power Platform

    What will you be doing?

    Job Position: IT Hardware Support Tech

    Pay rate: Starting at $19 per hour/entry level, hourly rate increases in respect to experience.

    Shift: Monday-Friday

    IT Entry level

    Responsibilities: Perform PC Installs, PC Relocations, PC Removals, and does minor repairs to PCs. Technician will need to provide PC Hardware Support and be able to work in a team environment by providing good documentation and maintaining a 5S environment. Technician will also work on replacing defective parts in laptops, preparing laptops, and configuring laptops for different use.

    Customer Service experience is required. Previous computer hardware experience is a plus with the basic knowledge of technical support. Technician must be able to walk 2+ miles a day, lift 30 lbs, and have excellent time management. Technician will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to seek team improvement projects while fulfilling customer requests.
