    The Sites Technician II installs, moves, and de-commissions hardware including cabinets, shelves, power strips, rails, fiber/copper/other cables and cable management, servers, storage, printers, and other devices. The technician will confirm and label devices, rack, and cables. The technician will work in a standard ticketing system, providing clear, timely, and appropriate customer communications.

    The technician performs these activities under the direction of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Policies, Safety Policies, and Security Policies, meeting requirements for quality and quantity of work. The technician is responsible for the data integrity of all assets on the floor. The technician responds to trouble situations within and will participate in an On-Call rotation.

    Required Skills:

    · Physically assist in moving and racking equipment as directed for special projects.

    · Able to safely lift and move a minimum of fifty (50) pounds

    · High level of written and oral fluency in English

    · Must provide own transportation to work locations

    · Must be able to respond to any On-Call request within 1 hour.

    · Able to update asset management data as required using scanners

These positions start August 10, 2020, and will last for one month, with possible extensions and permanency. These positions are shift work, primarily Monday to Friday with various start times between 10am to 3pm, and the occasional weekend work. These positions pay $20/hour and you will be asked to fill out a criminal record check.

    The Support Desk Engineer I provides the first line defense for clients. They are responsible for actively listening to and engaging with clients, troubleshooting, and managing Tier 1 client incidents in a Support Desk environment. Every Engineer is measured on completed tickets, resolution met, CSAT (customer satisfaction) and ticket utilization set forth by their direct manager. You will be introduced to more advanced analytics including backup remediation, root cause analysis for infrastructure related
    outages, deploying patches and remediating alerts related to patches and more.

    Required Skills/Competencies for the Support Desk Engineer I:

    * Must have experience utilizing remote control software to troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues
    * Minimum 2 years experience in a Windows or Mac desktop support environment
    * Understanding of network infrastructure environment (i.e. LAN/WAN)
    * Degree in computer science, management information systems or similar preferred
    * Experienced in deploying OS installation via scripted, unattended methods, Ghost, Sysprep, and other imaging methods
