    Responsibilities:
    - Manually enter data into the timekeeping software.
    - Import data from the timekeeping software into the automated payroll software.
    - Run trial payroll and final payroll as well as filing all payroll reports in a timely manner.
    - Import all direct deposit and payroll tax data for payroll.
    - Prepare payroll related payments such as Garnishments after each payroll.
    - Prepare regular tax payments and reports, benefit payments, and other organized files.
    - Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank accounts.
    - Assist with any audits

    Requirements:
    - Degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
    - Experience in the payroll department with an automated payroll software.
    - Proficiency with computers and software systems including Microsoft Office.
    - Team player with the ability to related and work well with others.
    - Deadline oriented with good time management skills.
    - Attention to detail.
    - Self-motivated with ability to work without direct supervision.

    Attendants needed for relay race locations in Elberta 4:15am-12:45pm, Benzonia 5 :00am - 2:00pm, Honor 2:45am - 3:00pm, and Traverse City 5:00am - 10:00am AND 1:00pm - 10:00pm on Saturday 9/25/21.

    Duties include cooperatively managing the following tasks: Manage traffic flow (runners and vans), keep parking organized, restock supplies and keep the exchange area free of litter. At some exchanges you may also announce incoming runners as they approach the exchange & record runner arrival times.

    Afternoon / evening shift in TC will help create the Finish Line experience for the runners. You will help keep the Finish Line grounds clean, refill supplies, hand out medals, manage the flow of traffic (runners and vehicles), tie off full trash bags, replenish trash can liners when needed, and assist with any other needs that may arise. Please note that if you sign up for the first or last shift, you will assist with setup/take down and some heavy lifting of 20-30lbs may be involved.
