Our client is a highly respected non-profit foundation in Frederick and they are in need a Program Associate to provide administrative and strategic support to the President and Foundation's activities, programs, and initiatives. Primary responsibilities include responding to inquires from applicants and grantees, reviewing and entering grant application data, assess funding progress, and identify opportunities for funding. Create and post social media and website information, write and produce newsletters, and attend community events and meetings. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Knowledge of Foundant GLM (Grant Lifecycle Manager) a plus. Must have strong writing and oral communication skills, ability to interact professionally with diverse people and cultures, and have a minimum of 3 years administration and database management experience.
