    Local Frederick Foundation dedicated to serving the community is hiring a Program and Technology Administrator to provide administrative and technology/database support to the Foundation activities, programs, and initiatives. Must have experience working with grants and Foundant GLM (Grant Lifecycle Manager) software. Primary responsibilities include responding to inquires from applicants and grantees, reviewing and entering grant application data, assessing the progress of funding initiatives, and identify opportunities for new funding. Create and post social media and website information, write and produce newsletters, and attend community events and meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Must have strong writing and oral communication skills, the ability to interact professionally with a diverse population of different cultures, and have a minimum of 3 years administration and database management experience. This position is a 4-day/week job and the pay rate will be between $20 - $25/hour, based on experience. Previous grant experience required and nonprofit experience preferred.     What's in it for you?

    What is the job?
    * Prepare and send DHS County Billings at month end.
    * Prepare and send DHS State Billings at month end.
    * Record cash receipts in Financial Edge accounting software.
    * File vendor checks/support after check sent out.
    * Mail vendor checks.
    * Enter employee payroll reimbursements into spreadsheets with account coding.
    * Enter petty cash activity into spreadsheet with account coding.
    * Hand out petty cash when needed.
    * Balance petty cash on a weekly basis.

    * Process bi-weekly payroll as part of rotation with multiple departments.
