    * Here's the job:


    * Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
    * Arrange and prepare Notices
    * Inspect Units and do walkthrough before and after each tenancy agreement
    * Review Applications, do Credit Cheques and Prepare and execute Lease Agreements
    * Follow up with monthly arrears list with Accounting staff and ensure N4 and other notices are processed
    * Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
