    POSITION SUMMARY

    Support the Compounding function through various processes. The daily activities within the department will include equipment set-up, material handling, following required batch making details, raw materials, compounding, cleaning, documentation and other operations as assigned. All operations shall be conducted in accordance with GMP, Safety Procedures and Regulations.

    Our growing Burlington client who is a leader in the Security industry is looking for a Bilingual (French/ English) Client Services Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years related experience and will work very closely with the Director of Operations to ensure clients are being managed properly and programs are being rolled out effectively and efficiently. The following are the responsibilities:

    * Acting as the day to day client contact while working closely with the Senior Director of Operations
    * Attending and participating in Security Meetings, operational coordination meetings/briefings and any other security working groups/committees established.
    * Ensuring the staff follows all directions given, and instructions, policies and procedures outlined in the site-specific duties and documentation.
    * Meeting bi-monthly, or at other times as required by the client to review and addressing issues, recommendations, problems, concerns, and changing requirements.
    * Planning, coordinating and monitoring all day-to-day activities in collaboration with the team and responding to, investigates and resolves operational issues.
    * Ensuring SOP's and Posting Orders are developed, maintained, updated, reviewed and understood by all staff on site.
    * Establishing standardized, formal processes and procedures.
    * Monitoring and enforcing all designated safety, security and operational procedures and regulations applicable to the performance of the Service.
    * Establishing and implementing a system of monitoring, auditing, tracking, recording and reporting service delivery performance/quality assurance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
    * Participating in the Quality System maintenance and participate in all reviews and meetings associated with the ISO 9001 QPM and QSP manuals, including audits.
    * Visiting sites regularly or as per operational requirements.
    * Preparing and maintaining the budget.
    * Acting as a liaison with Transport Canada and ensuring to meet all TC standards.
    * Responsible for growing and developing the Canine division Nationally

    Who you are:
    * Business Management degree from a reputable College/University preferred.
    * Bilingual proficiency (English and French, read/write and speak) is a required.
    * Demonstrated experience (preferably 5 years or more) as a Management Representative in other large public facilities similar in size and scope of work involved.
    * Experience in national and international workforces as well as client interaction.
    * 3-5 years of management experience in the security industry an asset.
    * Demonstrated experience in providing "off-site" to a compliment of employees
    * Demonstrated experience in implementing succession plans, coaching and motivating staff.
    * Strong leadership skills that drive solid and consistent business results
    * Ability to prioritize time and focus on key critical business activities

    Salary Range 90K-100K
