Job Description

Sr. Technical Application Support Analyst



Manpower is seeking to hire a Sr. Technical Application Support Analyst to fulfill a 1 year full time contract role.



Location: Calgary, AB



Qualifications and Requirements: (5 years' experience)

*Running/maintaining large scale complex technology stacks

*Identifying and analyzing data issues

*Developing and implementing data migration/conversion/cleanup processes/procedures/scripts for large databases

*C#, ASP.NET, VS 2005/2010

*Crystal reports

*General Oracle\SQL 10g

*ETL tools such as Informatica or TIBCO

*Problem-solving and analytical skills

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Develop trusted relationships with clients

*Work with minimum supervision in a team environment, demonstrating innovation, initiative, a customer service focus, positive ambassadorship and the ability to meet commitments

*Strong team work skills

Skills considered an asset:

-Public One Stop Service Experience software (POSSE) v7.x

-Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations, or equivalent endeavors;

-Experience with Permit and/or Inspection system (POSSE)
