An exciting part time first shift temp position, has risen for a Learning management assistant at a large pharmaceutical company in Allegan, MI. This vacancy would suit a candidate who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong business acumen with the ability to interface with supervisors and managers.

The primary job functions of this position include but are not limited to:Ensure that training information of employees and contractors are accurate and updated in TMS. Perform maintenance of learning components of TMS to assure accuracy of training information of learner's history, jobs, courses and curriculums.


* Administration experience with Learning Management Systems and training records (manual, electronic) required.

* Strong analytical, data entry and testing skills required.

* Well-developed organization skills and the ability to analyze training requirements and map them to jobs, employees and contractors.

* Ability to multi-task effectively and to work independently.

* Well-developed communication skills required.

Major Duties / Responsibilities

1. Analyze training requirements submitted by Master Trainers to updated learning components such as Items, Curricula, Jobs and the assignment of these components to users.

2. Coordinate with the different sources of learning activities (Learning & Development Team; Controlled Document Area, etc. To create, revised and delete items to assure accuracy of learning curricula assign to users.

3. Keep updated the data entry of learning activities submitted to the department and the filing of the corresponding documentation.
